TERMS & CONDITIONS

MONTHLY BILLING: All plans auto renew of the first of the every month. You will only be charged for the number of scheduled lessons during that month. For example, if you swim on Mondays and there are only three scheduled Mondays during the month due to a holiday or break, you will only be billed for three lessons. Similarly, if there happen to be five scheduled Mondays during the month, you will be billed for five lessons.

ENROLLMENTS = RECURRING SCHEDULE. Participants enrolled in classes or lessons via recurring monthly plans lock in their weekly schedule. Clients will remain enrolled until their Monthly Plan is cancelled or a class transfer request is made. Classes/Lessons meet once per week at the same day/time slot(s) with the exception of our posted HOLIDAY SCHEDULE.

NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-TRANSFERRABLE: Monthly Plans are non-refundable and are NOT allowed to be shared with anyone, including immediate family members.

NO MAKE UP POLICY: When you enroll into a regular monthly plan, your lesson/class time is held exclusively for you each week and prevents us from selling that time slot to someone else. In order to keep our regular monthly plan price as low as possible, we assume that clients can attend every scheduled session. You are paying to secure your spot on the schedule, not your attendance. As such, we do not allow for make-ups, refunds or prorations for any missed classes, regardless of the reason.

CANCEL ANYTIME: You may cancel at any time prior to the end of the month. To end your monthly enrollment and stop auto-pay, access your Liquid Lifestyles Account page. You will still be able to use the service until the end of the month in which you cancel. First time clients during their first month have the option to receive a refund for any unused lessons if they decide to cancel within their first month. Otherwise, we do not provide refunds or credits for unused time. 

COMMUNICATIONS: Liquid Lifestyles communicates ALL schedule changes and cancellations directly from our online scheduling software. It is your responsibility to monitor all text messages and/or emails that directly relate to your class or lesson. We are not responsible if you miss an important message. 

SCHEDULED HOLIDAYS & CLOSURES: Classes will not be held during break weeks or on scheduled holidays. You will be presented with the exact closure dates for your specific class upon registering and your monthly billing will be adjusted accordingly. View our upcoming HOLIDAY SCHEDULE here.

TRANSFERS REQUESTS: You may initiate a transfer to a different class level, coach, location or time that best fits your needs directly from the Registrations tab on your Liquid Lifestyles Account page. You will be notified once the transfer request has been approved by our customer care team. Transfers are subject to availability, affect all future class instances and are considered a permanent change in schedule.

WAITLIST: If a class is full you may add yourself to the waitlist directly on any class or lesson registration page. * IMPORTANT! When a spot opens in a wait-listed class, you will AUTOMATICALLY be enrolled in that class and removed from any existing enrollments. Upon successful enrollment in a new class, you will be automatically removed from all other wait lists. We suggest monitoring your waitlist requests and deleting any that are no longer of interest to you.

SCHEDULE CHANGES: Liquid Lifestyles reserves the right to cancel, change or consolidate classes.

NO COACH GUARANTEE: Coach availability and schedules are subject to change without notice. Coach schedules can and do change. We do not guarantee coach placement or availability and will provide qualified substitutes where and whenever necessary.

UNEXPECTED CANCELLATIONS: If Liquid Lifestyles has to cancel your regularly scheduled class or lesson you will be provided with a Token that can be used for the same, or similar-value, service. Contact Customer Care to schedule a class or lesson using a Token.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: If we are forced to close due to inclement weather, we will notify you directly from our online scheduling software. If you do not receive a text message or email you can assume that the class or lesson will take place as scheduled.

LATE ARRIVALS: All lessons and classes will run within the scheduled time frame and will not be adjusted due to a late arrival.

CUSTOM GROUP LESSONS: These are designed for friends and family who wish to share a time and whose needs may lie outside of our traditional group class model. Requires both participants to maintain their memberships. If one participant cancels, the other participant will convert to a normal private lesson at normal private lesson rates. Limit 2 participants per lesson. Online registration is not available for this service.
