TERMS & CONDITIONS

MONTHLY BILLING & AUTO-RENEWAL
💧 All plans auto-renew on the 1st of each month using the payment method on file, based on the number of scheduled lessons that month.
💧 Example: If you swim on Mondays and there are 3 Mondays in the month, you’ll be billed for 3 lessons.
💧 Example: If you swim on Mondays and there are 5 Mondays in the month, you’ll be billed for 5 lessons.
💧 Our Holiday Schedule may affect the number of lessons for the month—check your schedule in the client portal for details.

ENROLLMENT = A RECURRING SCHEDULE
💧 Your enrollment reserves your same day/time each week.
💧 You remain enrolled until you cancel or transfer.

NO FAMILY SHARING
💧 Monthly plans cannot be shared—not even among family members.

NO MAKE-UPS
💧 Your spot is reserved, whether you attend or not.
💧 To keep prices fair for all, we do not offer make-ups, refunds, or credits for missed lessons.

CANCEL ANYTIME
💧 No long-term commitment! You can cancel anytime before the end of the month via the client portal.
💧 Same-month cancellations: You’ll continue to have access to lessons until the end of your billing cycle.
💧 Future cancellations: If your cancellation date is in a future month, you will only be billed for the classes scheduled in your final month.
💧 First-time clients can receive a refund for any unused lessons only if they cancel within their first month.

COMMUNICATIONS
💧 We send all schedule updates & cancellations via text, email or client app based upon your preferences in the client portal.
💧 It’s your responsibility to monitor emails, text messages or the client app to stay informed.
💧 Set your notifications preferences to allow email or text—otherwise you’ll miss important notifications.

HOLIDAYS & BREAKS
💧 No classes are held during scheduled breaks or holidays.
💧 Your monthly billing will be automatically adjusted for scheduled closures.

TRANSFERS
💧 You can transfer to a different class, coach, time, or location via the client portal.
💧 Transfers are subject to availability and apply to all future lessons.

WAITLIST POLICY
💧 If a class is full, you can join the waitlist via the client portal.
💧 If a spot opens, you will be auto-notified via text or email based upon your preferences in the client portal.
💧 Once notified, you will have 4 business hours to accept or decline before we offer the slot to the next client on the waitlist.
💧 Set your notifications preferences to allow email or text—otherwise you won’t be notified of lesson availability.

SCHEDULE CHANGES
💧 We may cancel, change, or consolidate classes based on enrollment and staffing needs.

COACH AVAILABILITY
💧 We can’t guarantee a specific coach. Schedules change, and we’ll provide qualified substitutes as needed.

CLASS CANCELLATION TOKENS
💧 If we have to cancel a class, we’ll give you a Token to schedule a drop-in at your convenience.
💧 Tokens can be used for any available lesson of the same age, level and type (group or private).
💧 Tokens must be used within 120 days from issue.
💧 Tokens expire immediately upon cancellation of enrollment.
💧 Tokens have no cash value and can’t be converted into a credit or refund.

REPORTING ABSENCES
💧 As a courtesy to other families, please report absences via the client portal.
💧 This helps other families redeem Class Cancellation Tokens.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
💧 If we close due to weather, we’ll notify you via text, email or the client app.
💧 No message? That means class is ON!

LATE ARRIVALS
💧 Classes start and end on time—lessons will not be extend lesson for late arrivals.

CUSTOM GROUP LESSONS
💧 These are for friends & family who want to share a time slot.
💧 Both participants must maintain active memberships. If one cancels, the other will switch to private lesson rates.
