SYDNEY BAUGHMAN

Hello, my name is Sydney. I have been coaching for almost 2 years now. I got into coaching because I was a brand new competitive swimmer when I first learned in High School and I struggled at times. I enjoyed the challenge though. I wanted to get better and I did, but I realized many other people had similar struggles. I was able to apply my knowledge and my experiences to help adults, teens, and kids learn to love swim just like I do. Being a swim coach and working with many different types of people gave me my passion for my major I am going into at Kent State University. I will be earning my Bachelor of Special Education with a concentration of Disability Services in 2027. I have always been a water baby because my family loves to go on cruises. Some other fun hobbies I enjoy are drawing, gaming, and watching movies with my family.
