I have been swimming my whole life, when I first started, I was absolutely horrible! I always had great teammates and great coaches that helped me improve. And I eventually set records in high school. I got to learn that if you work hard at something, you can get it! The community around swim teams were always so fun and supportive, which is why I still love it to this day. As a swimmer I got to get a great view in what it’s like to teach a swimmer. As a coach I plan to bring a mixture of working hard and having a lot of fun, because thats what swimming is all about!
