Please enter through the front entrance of the Athletic Club. Check in at the front desk and let them know you are there for a lesson with Liquid Lifestyles. They will have you sign in as a guest.

You will meet your Liquid Lifestyles coach directly on the pool deck. Please be dressed in your swimsuit and ready to start your lesson. Keep in mind your coach may be in the water conducting a lesson prior to your scheduled start time.

The pool deck is reserved for staff and swimmers only. Make yourself comfortable in the chairs and our coaches will call you or your child’s name at the start of your lesson.

There are men’s, women’s and family locker rooms available for all guests. Showers stalls and lockers are available.
