  • Purchase of an applicable monthly plan is required in order to book recurring lessons. Private lesson visits can be shared only amongst immediate family members and must be managed directly by the account holder.
  • Monthly Plans require a minimum 3-month commitment and will continue to auto-renew until the plan is cancelled.
  • Recurring monthly payments are automatically billed on the 1st of each month using the stored credit card on file. You can manage your billing preferences online by selecting “Payment Methods” from your dashboard.
  • Enrollment can begin at anytime, subject to coach and pool availability. Should you begin enrollment mid-month your first payment will be prorated accordingly.
  • Monthly plans are based on an AVERAGE 4-week schedule. Holidays, scheduled pool closures and months with 5 weeks will impact the total number of lessons per month.
  • Participants will remain scheduled weekly in their respective day and time, on a continual monthly basis, until the monthly plan is cancelled or a transfer request is made.
  • Recurring lesson plans that secure a specific day and time have a strict NO MAKE-UP policy for any reason (no exceptions).
  • If a same-day cancellation is necessary due to an incident at the pool, emergency or inclement weather, clients will receive a single visit pass equal to the service cancelled. Single visit passes are non-refundable and will expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • All lessons will run within the time frame allotted for and will not be adjusted due to a late arrival.
  • To end your monthly enrollment and stop auto-pay, we require our online CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM be completed by the 15th of the month prior to your next auto-renewal date.  Cancellations received after the 15th are subject to a $20 late cancellation fee.
  • To transfer to a different day, time, location or coach, we require the completion of our online TRANSFER REQUEST FORM. Change requests are subject to availability.
  • Coach availability and schedules are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee coach placement or availability and will provide qualified substitutes when necessary, at the sole discretion of Liquid Lifestyles.
  • Monthly plans are non-refundable.
